Who am I and what do I do?

It all started at my birth; I was lucky to get through it alive... literally!

When I was told as a young girl of my traumatic birth and near-death experience, I knew right then that I had been kept alive for a reason, and I knew that the reason was to help, to heal and to support, and I knew that I would do this through Sound and Music.

And here I am, doing exactly that.

Currently, I'm working as the following:

  • Professional Musician

  • Singer/Songwriter

  • Performer

  • Sound Therapist

  • Nada Yoga Practitioner

  • Meditation Instructor and Guide

  • Teacher of Music

  • President of a Sound and Movement Association

  • Volunteer for a local hospital

  • Care Worker

  • Wellness Advocate for Physical, Mental and Emotional Health

  • Entrepreneur

  • Red-Nosed Clown

As you may have already seen in the previous pages, I offer:

  • Sound Therapy

  • Gong Therapy

  • Tuning Fork Therapy

  • Mantra Therapy

  • Holistic Voice Therapy

  • Nada Yoga Classes

  • Bhakti Yoga through Kirtan and Bhajan

  • Sessions for groups and individuals

  • Classes, Workshops and Trainings

  • Guidance and support

  • Counselling

  • A lot of LAUGHTER and a lot of LOVE

With over 12 years within the field of therapeutic sound and a musical history spanning over 27 years, I can honestly say that sound and music really are my life.

I started my initial training back in 2006 and since then I continue with my development, studies and trainings.

I'm qualified and accredited through:

  • The British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) UK

  • The College of Sound Healing - UK

  • Nada Yoga School - Rishikesh, India

  • I am currently working with Inner Sound UK

I have a strong passion for teaching and I experienced 5 wonderful years working in primary schools when I was living in the UK. I worked in mainstream schools but my main role was working as a 1-1 support worker, working alongside a deaf child to support him with his learning. Throughout my years in primary schools, I received training in "Early Years" "Speech Therapy" and "Vocabulary Building" which I use to help create my sound and music classes for children.

So what is it I do with my life?

What do I offer?
